Nova Black Church Pastors Council

Highview's Pastor Bishop Phillip Thomas is the former President of the Northern Virginia Council of Black Pastors. These pastors head historically black churches in Annandale, Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, and throughout Northern Virginia. As president, Bishop Thomas represented the organization to local government and at ceremonial functions.

In addition, Highview Christian Fellowship regularly visits and exchanges speakers with independent Christian churches in congregations throughout Virginia and other mid-Atlantic States.
